Originals can be purchased framed or unframed, and print sizes may vary slightly depending on the size of the original artwork.
Prints can be framed with an additional fee and additional sizes not listed may be available depending on your requirements, so please get in touch to enquire.
Returns & Refunds
Each artwork is created with care, and I want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Returns
- Original artworks and custom pieces are generally non‑refundable.
- Prints and non‑custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/issue.
- I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund once the claim is approved.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork in transit. Most pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your piece arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
